Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose and application)

These terms set out the rights and obligations of the Company and users regarding the information and features of the Site. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

The Company may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law and will post the effective date and changes on the Site.

Article 2 (What the Site provides)

• Information about the Company, its services, cases, and engineering principles. Figures on the Site are measured by the Company; client companies are described by industry only.
• Inquiries: content sent through the inquiry form is forwarded to the Company by email. An inquiry starts a consultation or quotation; a contract is formed only by a separate written agreement.
• Document briefing demo: a demonstration that generates a briefing with source citations from a document you select or upload. Article 3 applies.

Article 3 (Conditions for the document briefing demo)

• The demo illustrates how the Company builds systems. The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of generated briefings. Verify the source document before relying on any result.
• Do not enter personal data, trade secrets, confidential documents, or material that infringes third-party rights. Input is not stored on the server and is discarded after processing; during processing it is transmitted to AI model providers (Privacy Policy, Article 5).
• The Company limits input size, page count, and request frequency to prevent abuse and may change or discontinue the demo without notice.
• Automated repeated calls to the demo, and reselling or redistributing demo output as if it were a Company service, are prohibited.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

Text, design, logos, code, and case descriptions on the Site belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Quotation with attribution and linking are permitted; other reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require the Company's prior consent.

Rights in documents you enter into the demo remain yours. The Company does not use them for any purpose other than processing the demo.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• Information on the Site is general guidance, not an offer or warranty for a specific project. Actual scope and conditions are confirmed in writing after diagnosis and a design workshop.
• The Company is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, network failures, and outages of hosting or AI model providers.
• External sites linked from the Site, including kinfri.ai, are governed by their own content and terms.

Article 6 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office is the court of first instance for disputes arising from use of the Site.

Addendum

These terms take effect on 2026-09-09.
